Because each item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or a mistake on our end, we'll make it right — just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund your order.

Please double-check your name/letters and color notes before placing your order, as we begin production shortly after purchase.
